Our client is a specialist finance, change management and management consultancy recruitment, focused on working with the leading blue-chip companies in London and the Home Counties. Having achieved excellent growth and development as a business this year they are now keen to put this back into the business and grow their Reading Office. Our client prides themselves employing experienced and successful consultants who have the desire to work within a more autonomous, inspiring and less autocratic environment. People who genuinely approach business in a consultative manner aimed at building long-term relationships rather than just focusing on short-term gains. The Reading team is well established and they are now finding that they need to take on more senior level consultants. The ideal would be experience in finance / accountancy recruitment but other professional sectors of recruitment would be considered, the focus is more about bringing in the right person to fit the team. You must be the type of recruiter who does not need handholding or want to be managed 100% of the time but be someone who is able to work under their own inactivate and have plenty of drive and enthusiasm.
