| Our client is currently seeking an experienced resource manager to work on the recruitment attraction and networking strategy side of the business. The role will involve leading a team of in-house researchers and Resourcing Consultants:
Your role will involve researching clients, companies and candidates obtaining sufficient information to assist in the delivery of recruitment campaigns that are managed by Account Managers. (NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED). There will be both client and candidate interaction and you will develop effective relationships with existing and potential clients.
You will be managing a team of 3, from day to day performance to annual and quarterly appraisals. As well as mentoring and developing new and existing hires of researchers. On the client side of the business you will be keeping a track of all research requests and projects, prioritising and managing research team time to ensure all projects are completed by deadline and to high standard, whilst managing client expectations regarding deadlines and possibilities for research.
As part of your role you will be supporting and working with the sales and marketing teams, attending client meetings and working on tender proposals. This is just a small taster of what the role will actually entail, overall you will need a strong understanding of recruitment, be good at networking and sourcing candidates by unique methods as well as management experience!
