Basic £30K - £40K + Commission + Car Allowance + Extensive Benefits (OTE c£80K)

Our client is an established search firm focussed on high-growth technology markets throughout Europe. They work on an exclusively retained basis and are the partner of choice to many of the world's best known engineering and civil infrastructure brands including Amey, Balfour Beatty, Jacobs Engineering, Costain and WSP.

Having established their infrastructure business unit in 2005 they are now looking to aggressively grow this business stream. Reporting into the Account Director of the Infrastructure division this role will be focussed on developing new and existing relationships within the global infrastructure market. Senior Consultants deal with positions in the £75K to £150K salary bracket across rail, highways, environment, water, power and consulting business segments. This is a 360 degree search based role in a business with a high-performance culture.  They will consider applications from good contingent recruiters who are looking to make their first move into executive search. Full training and ongoing professional coaching support will be provided.
