Basic £25k – 30k + Commission

Due to expansion our client is looking to develop their office in Birmingham and is currently seeking experienced IT recruitment consultants who are looking to be part of a growing business and a winning team.  In return our client will ensure you receive excellent support, development, with a long term future as well as an excellent office environment in the city centre.

As you will be part of a very well established company you have the benefit of being able to contact clients that are worked on in other areas of the business as well as having an excellent candidate base to use. You will be able to work a very large area so you will not be restricted in where to go to build your own client base and the frame work will allow you to build a team in the future.  Your role will involve the whole recruitment life cycle on client and candidates from sourcing new clients, developing new clients and sourcing / networking candidates.
