Basic up to £25k + Commission (OTE £50k)

Our client specialises in providing resources to the telecommunications industry and as a consultancy they are able to offer an extremely flexible range of resourcing options to meet their customers' needs. They have a highly skilled team, long term associate consultants and excellent candidate base to work from.

They pride themselves on being pro-active with their managed accounts ensuring they spend time to get to know the clients and their needs, meeting on a regular basis to ensure that their clients are happy with the service they are supplying. Supporting their contactors to ensure they are also happy in their place of work, along with monitoring all of this process with regular surveys.

Even though this role will involve business development to source new clients you will get heavily involved with the existing accounts of which there are many household names!

Our client would like someone who has 2 – 3 years recruitment experience who are either working in or wanting to work in the telecoms sector of recruitment and have the passion and drive to succeed in a growing market.
