Basic £25 - £30k + Commission + Car / Allowance (after 3 months)

Our client has over 50 years experience within the construction/ rail and engineering sectors. Due to client demand they now need to expand on their current team and need a further 2 people this quarter.  There is a lively and dynamic working environment where the consultants are NOT micro managed, they are offered guidance and support but at the level you feel you need. Working out of excellent offices with free parking right outside the door.

To join this team you will need to have experience within recruitment, ideally in construction / engineering / technical but other professional sectors would be considered.  You will need to be self motivated, looking for a company who will allow you to spread your wings and develop your career whilst earning exceptional commission along the way.

When you join there is no threshold for 3 months to enable you to start building your desk and earning commission from day one, there after the threshold is £2500 with a generous commission structure.  After 3 months and through probation you may be entitled to a car or allowance on top of your basic and commission.
