Part of a large and successful group, our client is a specialist niche sector recruitment business with a growing reputation. Established to service the contracts and permanents Telecoms market they have an ambitious growth plan for the coming 2 years.  With this in mind they are wishing to add to the team with immediate effect.

You will be working on a new desk and will have to grow, nurture and develop new client relationships.

The aim of this role is to place candidates within Telecom roles and to assist with client requirements in order to maximise the sales potential of your desk.
Whilst working to personal monthly and weekly targets you will provide excellent customer services to both candidate and clients at all times.

This role is designed to provide long term prospects and progression. To succeed you will demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism.
The ability to build relationships, plan, sell and think around problems is essential.

Previous experience within a professional recruitment environment/role is essential (any sector) as is a full UK driving license.
