Working within a fast-paced sales environment, you will manage the full
recruitment cycle. Day to day tasks will range from business
development, a strong emphasis being placed on developing lasting
business relationships, both with existing and prospective clients,
interviewing candidates and handling vacancies from taking in the
initial job description to negotiating the final offer.

You need to have a natural sales ability, be hard working, enthusiastic
and have drive, initiative and an ambition to succeed. A proven
background of developing successful business relationships and building
and managing lasting customer relationships is essential.
