| Our client is currently requiring a proactive recruiter who is looking for an onsite role based within one of their major clients.
Your role would be to operate within a team environment, responsible for gaining jobs for people and people for jobs and delivering a high level of customer service ensuring that we exceed expectations of the specific contract in line with the service level agreement.
Your role will involve:
Registration
Interview
Assessments
Eligibility and Referencing
Selection
Marketing
Briefing
To initiate an effective candidate attraction plan, ensuring a high level and quality of candidate response is gained.
To manage the response of the attraction plan effectively by responding to all candidate contact quickly and efficiently.
To review all aspects of candidate attraction of a regular basis, making any necessary changes in line with new recruitment objectives.
To maintain and maximise existing business potential by investigating additional areas of need for the Company's services during all telephone and face to face client contact.
To participate in all client meetings as required and to take the opportunity to develop business in addition to consolidating the relationship and monitoring the service provided.
This is just a small part of this busy and varied role based on a client site in Hove.
