They have sourced preferred supplier status with many clients and are growing 20% per annum as a business per year. They firmly believe in delivering a high quality and dynamic service to all clients supported by an enviable track record in customer care. They are currently seeking recruitment consultants to assist in their future development. This role involves all of the elements of the recruitment life cycle. You will be responsible for the opening of new accounts and developing existing clients in line with sales targets set in a chosen vertical market. Planning the screening, search and selection process and monitoring effectiveness. as well as meeting clients and candidates and ensuring the high quality of service is carry out. Our client is looking for recruitment consultants at all levels who feel they want to part of the growing picture that our client is developing.
