Our client is seeking an experienced recruitment consultant, to deliver profitable revenue by winning retained search assignments and managing the successful delivery of candidates for such assignments. You will manage the cost centre of your own desk/team to ensure positive cash-flow and consistent financial performance.

The role will involve you marketing the services of the company to existing and potential clients within a specified market or skills sector. To market the skills and capabilities of MPC's within a specified market or skills sector and gain interviews for such individuals. To use a variety of business development tactics to win retained search assignments, MPC send-outs and fully qualified contingent job-orders from client organisations. To create and deliver an ongoing business development/marketing strategy for your desk/target market and ensure the consistent delivery of the strategic plan.
