Salary:
Basic Salary up to £35,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + 5%
Contributory Defined Contribution Pension + Health Cover + Menu
Benefits of up to 2% of Basic Salary + 25 Days Holiday Entitlement (+8 Statutory Holidays).
Description:

Your role is to deliver profitable revenue by managing the successful delivery of candidates for search assignments won by the supervising Account Director.

Your role is to identify and take-on contingency recruitment assignments and deliver additional revenue through the delivery of placements for such contingency recruitment assignments, to develop a strong network of contacts, ultimately leading to the winning of retained search assignments.

You will have 2 Years minimum work experience within a business development role or as a recruitment consultant and having demonstrated excellent and consistent results. A strategic view of how to tackle a market/skills sector. Ability to communicate and present effectively. Ability to understand strategic concepts and to deliver them to third parties in a clear and coherent way.

You will be self starter and willing to learn new skills, with a positive "can do" attitude, with a natural ability to influence people at all levels in social and business circumstances.
